1. Uniquely Thick - Lor Mee

Today is my 1st entry for my food blog so I shall have a short intro of myself first. I love food and enjoy cooking them. I may not be any expert in cooking or able to cook restaurant style dishes but I get the satisfaction from my family when I know they enjoy eating the food I made for them, especially I have a hubby with big appetite.
For some unknown reason, I start to develop a habit taking food photos way before I start blogging. It’s kinda fun whenever there is food being served, just before anyone could help themselves with the food I would scream “Stop!” “Take photo first” ha ha… It’s like a form of memory of what haven been cook or eaten, or maybe because I feel that I might have my own food blog one day. Hee.
First stop, Tiong Bahru Market 178 Shark meat Lor Mee. I get to know this store from my mum because the owner was her cousin. Such a coincidence that my hubby used to work near there had a habit of going there to eat their Lor Mee once every week.

The gravy’s thickness is just nice, wasn’t too bland for me. Shark meat is tasty although I don’t really know how a shark meat tastes. Opps! What I love the most is those crispy thingy, very crunchy. I don’t get to see other Lor Mee stalls has this kind crispy thing. The portion is very generous, lots of ingredients and usually I would go there for breakfast, it could last me till dinner time. How amazing it is… If you don’t mind queuing, this Lor Mee Stall is worth trying.

The Lor Mee located at Tiong Bahru Market which you featured is one of the best Lor Mee in Singapore. Been there on weekend and the queue was very long. Worth the wait to taste the delicious Lor Mee^^. Cheap and Nice!!
