Few weeks ago was my HTB nephew birthday. They wanted to have seafood and where’s the best for seafood??
…. JUMBO SEAFOOD =)

We dine @ JUMBO’s NSRCC Outlet (a.k.a. SAFRA Resort).
Before you visit, do remember to MAKE RESERVATION (especially on weekends). Lucky we made, otherwise…. Hohoho~~ have to wait.
It’s my 1st time dining there, well, the ambience there is good, great view (facing either the swimming pool or golf range).
Big space, I counted the number of round tables you can placed, it’s like around 40 (+/-) tables.
Good service too.
OH, btw if U ordered crab, the service staff would asked if U need an APRON. YES, no typing error, its APRON!
*Oh My Gosh, they actually provide disposal aprons for customers. Owww…so sweet of them =)
We ordered LOTS of dishes *as seen below*, but there’s 2 dishes I forgotten to take pictures –
THE FISH n THE BABY SQUID… =( was too busy eating at that time hahaha

If I did not remembered wrongly, this is the 1st dish on our table.
It’s the Donut with Seafood paste.
It’s actually flour fritters (“you tiao” in chinese) stuffed with cuttlefish paste.
Nice, crispy at the outside, QQ in the inside.
It comes with their own sauce, but, I still prefer Mayonnaise. *LOL

We did not order any plain rice, hence we ordered the Seafood Fried Rice.
A simple dish like this can test the cooking skill of the chef.
And this, ‘EXCELLENT’ the ingredients are fresh and the rice grain is really 一粒一粒.
Next, it’s the Sambal Kang Kong.
The vegetable itself, is crunchy, but the sambal sauce, well, still….okay for me.
I prefer it to be more spicier. But for those whom rarely take spicy, u can try this.
The Fried Prawn with Cereal is one of the signature dishes @ Jumbo.
Since it’s a signature dish, of course, U must try.
It might taste a bit spicy (becos of the chilli-padi) and goodness, it’s
MAD DELICIOUS (*dripping).

The Malay Mee Goreng, you must be wondering how come we ordered this.
HAHA
That’s becos my bf brother-in-law saw this dish served to the opposite table of ours, and it seem delicious.
And TA-DA, here it is!
The review: Although ingredients are fresh, but, not to my liking.
Lots of bean sprouts, it tastes more like bean sprouts mee goreng.
And HERE IT COMES, THE CRABBY!!!!
Jumbo Chilli Crab
Jumbo is famous for their crabs, and really up to their name.
This is one true signature dish.
MUST TRY!!
Note: They use Sri Lankan Crab

Ohh..look @ the claw of the crab. So meaty!! =P
Yummy, Yummy!!
And what about the crab gravy????
Dip the gravy with Fried buns (a.k.a. Man Tou) or I called it the
“GOLDEN PILLOW”
*AS SHOWN BELOW*

LOVED IT!!
(Two buns are always not enough for me =P)
In conclusion:
You must try their signature Crab, Prawn and Fish.
It can be pricy, but it’s a wonderful dining experience, especially with family
