How to Order?

By phone

Simply pick up your phone and dial the hotline number 62233453 during our business hours and our customer service officer will attend to you. Our call centre operating hours are from Mondays to Fridays 9am to 6pm, excluding public holidays. We still, however, accept preorders for all days.

By SMS

NEW means of ordering! Simply pick up your mobile phone and SMS your order to 83239823. Include your name, delivery address, delivery date/time, email address and payment mode. For your convenience, use SMS-order only if order is less than 5 different items. Wait for our reply to confirm that your order is processed. If you do not hear from us within 15min, call us at 62233453 to verify.

By email

Simply download and fill up the order form and email it to afiko@fooddelivery.com.sg. Once your order is received and confirmed, you will receive a confirmation email and/or SMS within 30 minutes stating the total price. If, however, we require further verification of your order, our customer service officer will contact you. Email orders may be placed at anytime, but if it is sent beyond our business operating hours, the confirmation email will only be sent the following day.
